Dejaye Botkin is a nationally recognized personal development coach, instructor, and mediator with over 25 years of frontline experience in behavioral health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Ms. Botkin travels nationwide to support individuals and organizations through her coaching practice.

Throughout her career, Ms. Botkin has served as a psychiatric crisis and substance abuse counselor, bringing deep expertise to high-stakes environments in mental health care. Her dedication to education is reflected in her role as a former undergraduate psychology instructor at Centenary University in New Jersey and as a current continuing education webinar facilitator for Heinsel and Associates in Ohio.

Throughout her career, Ms. Botkin has earned certifications in Trauma-Informed Care, Divorce Mediation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adolescent Mental Health, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she integrates into her comprehensive and compassionate approach to client development and support.
